Here’s What You’ll Need:
1 ¼ cup of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
½ tsp of salt
2 eggs
½ tsp of vanilla
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
3 super ripe bananas
½ cup walnut pieces
How You’ll Make It:
- Preheat your oven to 350℉. Grease a loaf pan. Set aside.
- In a bowl mix together your butter, eggs, and sugar. Then add in your dry ingredients and bananas (make sure to mash these up first so they’re easier to incorporate). Mix until combined and then fold in the walnuts.
- Bake your bread for 1 hour. Let it cool.
- Serve it however you’d like.
